PLATO'S CAVE

The history of Plato's Cave in Whittier began with Aames Bookstore. After the earthquake, Chuck Jimenez moved his Little Old Bookshop from Philadelphia to Greenleaf, and with Aames gone, he modeled the store partly from it's design. So the side ladders were put in, and in the back of the store, you would enter into Plato's Cave, which had Religion, Philosophy, etc. Ten years ago, I changed the layout of the store a little, and thus took out the cave. Now, with the expansion of the store in the works, I'm planning to have a bigger than ever PLATO'S CAVE! Go downstairs into the basement, and there you will find:
SCIENCE FICTION
RELIGION..... MYTHOLOGY..... METAPHYSICS..... DIVINATION..... PHILOSOPHY
PSYCHOLOGY , MUSIC , MOVIES
ART (FINE ART, PHOTOGRAPHY, ARCHITECTURE, GRAPHIC ARTS, INTERIOR DESIGN)
